The Belize Airports Authority (BAA) hereby invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for aviation security screening services at the following airstrips:
a) John Greifll- San Pedro
b) Sir Barry Bowen Municipal Airport-Belize City
c) Punta Gorda Airstrip
d) Placencia Airstrip
e) Ranchito Airstrip-Corozal
f) Pelican Beach Airstrip-Dangriga
g) Caye Caulker Municipal
Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders and Proposal Documents that can be obtained (free of cost) from the BAA’s office located at the Sir Barry Bowen Municipal Airstrip in Belize City, between the hours of 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM local time Belize – Monday to Friday, or via email at vinaybhojwani@baabz.org and delvitcastillo@baabz.org, or downloaded from the website: MOF procurement website
The BAA invites all interested companies to a mandatory Pre-proposal Meeting, including site visits, that will be held from September 15th to September 19th, 2025.
Qualified contractors should submit three (3) hard copies of their proposals and all required documentation to the following address:

Deadline for the submission of proposals is 10 AM local time in Belize on October 3rd, 2025. Late proposals will not be accepted.

The Belize Airports Authority (BAA) hereby invites qualified contractors to submit bids for specific Apron construction works at the Placencia and Dangriga Airstrips, that will include excavation and site preparation of the apron areas and cement works.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders and Bidding Documents that can be obtained (free of cost) from the BAA’s office located at the Sir Barry Bowen Municipal Airstrip in Belize City, between the hours of 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM local time Belize – Monday to Friday, or via email at vinaybhojwani@baabz.org and delvitcastillo@baabz.org, or downloaded from the website: MOF procurement website

1. September 8, 2025, 11 am Placencia Airstrip
2. September 8, 2025, 2pm at the Dangriga Airstrip
