National Flags to Fly at Half-Mast to Mourn HRH Prince Philip

Belmopan. April 15, 2021. 5:15 p.m.

The Prime Minister Hon. John Briceño, on the recommendation of the Governor General H.E. Sir Colville Young, has instructed that all national flags be flown half-mast and church bells tolled on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. as a sign of respect and mourning the death of His Royal Highness Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.

Prince Philip died on April 9, 2021 at the age of 99. He is the late husband of Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

A funeral service will be held for Prince Philip at the St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle on Saturday, April 17, 2021.
