The Office of the Prime Minister wishes to inform that the Honourable Francis Fonseca, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Education, Culture, Science and Technology, successfully underwent a medical procedure today, May 4, 2026, at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH).
Following this procedure, the Honourable Minister will proceed on a period of medical leave.
The Cabinet extends best wishes for a full and speedy recovery to Minister Fonseca.
