How To Self Isolate

STAY HOME:

Identify room to be used to self-isolate and limit contact with healthy persons.

Keep away from seniors and people with chronic medical conditions (e.g. diabetes, lung problems)

MONITOR

Monitor any cold or flu like symptoms for 14 days after last contact with infected person     or after arriving from an area of community spread of COVID-19.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE IN SELF-ISOLATION:

Ensure that you have extra supplies or important items such as soap, hand sanitizer, masks, medication and food.

Wash hands frequently with soap and water.

If you become seriously ill, call your healthcare provider or 0-800-MOH-CARE for more guidance.

Wear a mask if you must leave the house to see your healthcare provider.

Call your health care provider or 0-800-MOH-CARE (664-2273) and follow the advice received.
