This afternoon Hon. Michael Espat, representative for Toledo East, was officially sworn in as a minister of Government by the Governor General, His Excellency Sir Colville Young, at the Belize House in Belmopan.
Hon. Michael Espat will serve as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment along with the Prime Minister Hon. John Briceño, the substantive minister for the Ministry, and Hon. Christopher Coye, Minister of State in the Ministry.
