The Ministry of Defence informs the public of the closure of the Belize Defence Force Hospital at Price Barracks, Ladyville.
The Belize Defence Force health system must reconfigure its military medical personnel to support operational medicine and combat COVID-19 with a goal to maintain a healthy force. Therefore, the closure of the Hospital will reduce the footprint of its non-uniformed beneficiaries.
The Force Hospital will remain closed to the public until further notice.
